Job DescriptionThe role of a Business Development Representative (BDR) at Bnzsa consists of calling English-speaking companies and speaking to the IT managers. Our goal is to gather information by asking the right questions on relevant IT-related topics, with the aim of generating a lead: setting up a meeting between the IT manager and our client's sales representative.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct phone calls with English-speaking companies to gather information on IT-related topics
- Ask relevant questions to generate leads and set up meetings between IT managers and sales representatives
- Work closely with sales experts from our clients to learn about the industry and build relationships with decision-makers
- Permanent contract with a competitive salary (approximately 1680€/month) and uncapped commission system
- Internal training provided by our Learning & Development department to help you excel in your role
- A dynamic and creative work environment with a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration
- Opportunities for professional growth and development within the company
- A range of benefits, including free language classes, yoga and fitness courses, and access to a company physiotherapist
- Native level of English
- High level in another European language is desirable, but not required
- Experience working in a phone-based role
- Target-driven mentality and a can-do attitude
- Able to work in Spain legally (full-time)
We offer a hybrid remote work arrangement, with the option to work some days from home under company rules. Our working hours are Monday to Thursday: 08:00 - 17:00 (1 hour lunch break), and Friday: 08:00 - 14:00.
