Assembly, Integration and Testing Engineer for Satellite Communications Systems

At Gradiant, we are a leading provider of ICT solutions for companies, and we are seeking a highly motivated Assembly, Integration and Testing Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for the development of Satellite Communications systems, with a focus on novel opto-electro-mechanical platforms that can accommodate quantum optical payloads, electronics, and detectors on satellites.
Key Responsibilities- Perform radiation analysis and shielding design for electronics, thermal, and mechanical analysis, tolerance analysis, and conceptualization of integration strategies.
- Contribute to the planning, design, integration, validation, and testing of satellite communications systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize system performance and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and technical reports.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in satellite communications, and apply this knowledge to improve our solutions.
- Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in aerospace projects, with a focus on satellite communications.
- Experience with FPGA electronics and programming languages such as C, C++, or Python.
- Strong understanding of thermal, mechanical, and electrical engineering principles.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Competitive salary, with a starting point of 30,000€ SBA + 10% variable depending on your knowledge, experience, and desire.
