Strategic Product Lead for Taiwan Gaming Market

About Horizons and the Role: As a renowned recruitment partner, we are representing our client - a prominent South Korean game company - to find an exceptional Product Manager in Taipei.
Job Overview: The team is newly established in Taiwan with 1 country manager and 2 product managers. We are currently seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to oversee the Taiwan live service for BrownDust 2.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Execute Long-term Strategies: Focus on fanbase growth in the Taiwan market by creating and implementing comprehensive strategies.
- Content Planning and Execution: Plan and execute communication content such as live broadcasts and videos to engage with the audience.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of live service projects.
- Data Analysis: Analyze performance data to improve game content and increase user engagement.
Qualifications: A minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, community management, or game marketing, preferably with a CCG background.
Required Skills and Qualifications: To excel in this role, you will need a deep understanding of the Taiwan gaming market, strong analytical skills, and the ability to turn data into actionable strategies. Additionally, a passion for subculture gaming and live-service management is essential.
Preferred Qualifications: Global gaming industry trend knowledge and experience with BrownDust 2 or similar strategic RPGs would be beneficial. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently with attention to detail are also desirable.
Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
