Head of Visual Merchandising and Store Experience

Job Summary:

Antal International is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Visual Merchandising and Store Experience to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the visual appeal and overall shopping experience of our stores.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Visual Team Management: Lead and coordinate the Visual team and window dressers to maintain a consistent and high-quality visual presentation across all sales points.
  2. Visual Standards and Procedures: Develop and implement visual assembly procedures for the point of sale and other teams to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  3. Commercial Campaigns and Promotions: Plan and develop commercial campaigns and special promotions for all sales points, including signage, window displays, campaign photo orders, and on-time store deliveries.
  4. Department Budget Management: Control and manage the department's annual budget to ensure effective resource allocation.
  5. Supplier Management: Search for new suppliers to improve quality and price, ensuring the best value for our business.
  6. Furniture Development: Develop new furniture based on store needs to enhance the shopping experience.
  7. Interdepartmental Communication: Maintain close relationships with all involved departments to ensure seamless collaboration and communication.
  8. Campaign Materials Management: Oversee the management of campaign materials to ensure timely and effective execution.

Requirements:

  1. Education: Higher education related to business management and/or fashion.
  2. Experience: At least 5 years of experience in similar positions related to point of sale and team coordination.
  3. Language Skills: Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.

  1. Commercial Acumen: Strong commercial orientation and sales analysis skills.
  2. Effective Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Creative Capacity: Ability to think creatively and develop innovative visual solutions.
