Job Summary:
As a key member of the Antal International Network team, the Head of Visual Merchandising and Store Experience will be responsible for defining and ensuring the visual image of our physical stores globally. This includes both interior and window displays, ensuring that our company's standards and style are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the Visual team and window dressers to ensure a uniform presentation across all sales points.
- Draft visual assembly procedures for the point of sale and other teams.
- Plan and develop commercial campaigns and special promotions for all sales points, including signage, window displays, campaign photo orders, and on-time store deliveries.
- Control and manage the department's annual budget.
- Search for new suppliers to improve quality/price.
- Develop new furniture based on store needs.
- Maintain constant communication and a close relationship with all involved departments.
- Manage campaign materials.
Requirements:
- Higher education related to business management and/or fashion.
- At least 5 years of experience in similar positions related to point of sale and team coordination.
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
Skills:
- Commercial orientation and sales analysis.
- Effective communication.
- Creative capacity.
