Job Summary:
The Head of Visual Merchandising and Store Experience will be responsible for defining and ensuring the image of the physical store globally, encompassing both interior and window displays, while adhering to the company's standards and style.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Coordination: Oversee the Visual team and window dressers to maintain a uniform presentation across all sales points, ensuring consistency in visual merchandising and store displays.
- Visual Assembly Procedures: Develop and implement visual assembly procedures for the point of sale and other teams, ensuring seamless execution and adherence to company standards.
- Commercial Campaigns: Plan, develop, and execute commercial campaigns and special promotions for all sales points, including signage, window displays, campaign photo orders, and timely store deliveries.
- Departmental Budget: Manage and control the department's annual budget, ensuring effective allocation and utilization of resources.
- Supplier Management: Identify and establish relationships with new suppliers to improve quality and pricing, enhancing the overall store experience.
- Furniture Development: Develop new furniture designs based on store needs, ensuring a cohesive and engaging visual merchandising strategy.
- Interdepartmental Communication: Foster strong relationships and maintain open communication with all involved departments, ensuring a collaborative and effective work environment.
- Campaign Materials: Oversee the management of campaign materials, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to company standards.
Requirements:
- Education: Higher education in business management and/or fashion is required.
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in similar positions related to point of sale and team coordination is necessary.
- Language Proficiency: Intermediate to advanced English proficiency is required.
Skills:
- Commercial Acumen: Strong commercial orientation and sales analysis skills are essential.
- Effective Communication: Excellent communication skills are required to effectively collaborate with teams and stakeholders.
- Creative Capacity: A creative and innovative approach to visual merchandising and store experience is necessary.
