About the Role

Avery Dennison Smartrac is seeking an experienced and organized business administrator and project leader to join our Solutions Group team. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting the Solutions Group President and leadership team in executing our organizational strategy, driving operational excellence, and fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Solutions Group President and leadership team to cascade strategic objectives and ensure alignment throughout the organization.
  • Support special projects of a confidential nature, including potential acquisitions or partnerships, organizational changes, and internal organizational challenges.
  • Identify challenges and opportunities and bring them to the attention of the Group President and/or Solutions Group Leadership Team.
  • Manage administrative details, including preparation for external engagements and team meetings, calendar management, and expense reimbursement.
  • Develop visual communications and content, including slides and visuals needed for leadership meetings and communication events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role, with demonstrated success in providing executive support to several departments in an international, high-demand environment.
  • Strong cultural empathy and team-player, relationship-building attitude to operate in a complex multinational organization.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with demonstrated capability to gather data, draw conclusions, and provide recommendations.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to build a personal network quickly.
  • Willingness to extensive domestic and international business travel.
  • Excellent digital tool fluency, with proficiency in Gsuite (Google Calendar, Gmail, and Google sheets/docs/slides) a plus.
  • Full fluency in English (spoken and written) is a must, with business fluency in any additional language (Portuguese, Spanish, Mandarin) a strong plus.
