Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Squad Technical Lead to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our software development team, you will be responsible for leading the engineering team, delivering high-quality products, and providing technical guidance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a high-performing team of engineers
- Develop and implement new ideas and improve existing practices in software development
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including QAs, designers, and product owners
- Participate in prioritization work across squad products and people
- Communicate effectively and respectfully with all members of the organization
Requirements
- Proven experience leading teams and managing people
- Proven experience in engineering teams and delivering products
- Proven knowledge of identity providers, relational databases, and NoSQL
- Proven experience with testing and QA processes
- Clean code and clean architecture knowledge
