Job Title: Spanish Speaking Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Spanish speaking customer service representative to join our team at MCI. As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for providing outstanding support to our clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients in a courteous, timely, and professional manner.
  • Listen, understand, and resolve customer concerns in a empathetic and responsive way.
  • Utilize systems and technology to complete tasks and provide accurate information to customers.
  • Follow all required scripts, policies, and procedures to ensure consistency and quality in customer interactions.
  • Escalate customer concerns to managerial team as necessary and ensure first call resolution through problem solving and effective call handling.
Requirements:
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English, with 6 months of experience in voice, email, and chat support call center environment.
  • Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Familiarity with computer systems and ability to learn new applications.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to type swiftly and accurately, with strong comprehension and grammar skills.
