About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Blu Selection in Valencia. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting services to clients via various communication channels
  • Maintain and update client accounts to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
  • Monitor and report on client and device information to ensure compliance with set standards
  • Dispatch replacement products and samples as needed, and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction
  • Handle sensitive data with confidentiality and discretion

Requirements

  • Native level of Dutch and good level of English
