Job Summary

Worldwide Recruitment Solutions (WRS) is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to support the development of a large Petrochemical facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining a comprehensive Quality Management System, ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement a Quality Management System that meets international standards and codes, including ISO 9001:2008 and ISO/TS requirements.
  2. Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure the effectiveness of the Quality Management System and identify areas for improvement.
  3. Collaborate with project teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and support of quality activities throughout the project lifecycle.
  4. Develop and review project-specific quality requirements, including bid packages, requisitions, and inspection activities.
  5. Monitor and report on the quality performance of project members, including owners, licensors, project management contractors, and EPCs.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline or membership of the Institute for Quality Assurance (IQA/MIQA) with a minimum of years of experience in quality assurance and quality control in a manufacturing/fabrication environment and/or on construction projects in the oil and gas and/or petrochemical industries.
  2. Excellent knowledge of international and national standards and codes, including quality management systems and auditing qualifications.
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with project teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
  4. Familiarity with working in international cultures and having international experience is highly desirable.
