Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Werfenlife. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Quality System Alignment: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guarantee that our quality system is aligned with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  2. Manufacturing Process Improvement: Work with manufacturing teams to drive continuous improvement of quality within our manufacturing processes, focusing on defect rate reduction, increased efficiency, and cost savings.
  3. Quality Metrics and Reporting: Develop and implement quality metrics and reporting systems to track and analyze quality performance.
  4. Change Management: Evaluate the impact of proposed changes and manage change control processes to ensure seamless implementation.
  5. Validation and Risk Assessment: Establish and implement validation strategies and risk assessments to ensure the quality and safety of our products.
  6. Internal and External Audits: Participate in internal and external audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  7. Quality Training and Development: Provide quality training and development programs to ensure that all personnel are equipped to meet quality standards.
  8. Non-Conformity and CAPA Management: Manage non-conformity and CAPA processes to ensure prompt resolution and prevention of future occurrences.
Requirements
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biotechnology, or other relevant sciences.
  2. Experience: 3 years of experience in a similar quality assurance role.
  3. Skills: Fluency in Office Tools (Excel & Word), basic knowledge of SAP, and proficiency in Spanish or Catalan, with advanced knowledge of English.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Additional Education: Any additional degree higher than the required.
  2. Software Skills: Advanced knowledge of quality management software and systems.
  3. Language Skills: Fluency in multiple languages, including English, Spanish, and Catalan.
