About the Role

We are seeking a talented Corporate Finance Analyst to join our Wholesale Banking team in Madrid. As a key member of our Corporate Finance team, you will play a crucial role in leading the origination and execution of advisory transactions in the context of corporate events such as acquisitions, disposals, refinancings, restructurings, or IPOs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct detailed financial analysis of target companies, including valuation and market research
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies, including drafting marketing materials and presentations
  • Assist in deal execution, including valuation techniques, financial analysis, and transaction administration
  • Support senior team members in monitoring sector information and collecting market data
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of professional experience in M&A or Debt Advisory, transaction advisory services, or similar advisory roles in Corporate Finance
  • Ability to initiate detailed financial and business analysis and full understanding of process and materials general requirements required in M&A transactions
  • Basic financial valuation and modelling skills (DCF, Precedents, comps)
  • Genuine interest in Corporate Finance and ability to earn trust and respect of clients, colleagues, and senior management
  • Fluent in English, spoken and written; other languages a plus
  • Strong communication skills
  • Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or other similar education which comprises financial and numerical knowledge
