Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Luxury Villa Partnership Manager to join our growing team in Spain. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining and expanding relationships with homeowners, property management companies, and strategic partners across the region.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain strong relationships with existing property owners and management companies, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement.
- Serve as the main point of contact for property partners, providing regular performance updates, price management advice, and market insights.
- Work with property partners to maximize bookings by negotiating exclusive deals, special offers, and promotions.
- Identify, approach, and acquire new property owners and management companies across Spain to expand our portfolio of luxury villas and vacation rentals.
- Focus on securing exclusive partnerships that differentiate us from competitors.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase the number of properties on the platform, especially in high-demand and underrepresented areas.
- Proven experience in account management or a related field.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Able to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
- Strong understanding of the Spanish real estate and tourism industries.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
- An estimated annual salary of €50,000 - €60,000, depending on experience.
