Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Luxury Partnerships Manager to join our growing team, based in Ibiza or other strategic areas. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining and expanding relationships with homeowners, property management companies, and strategic partners across Spain.

Key Responsibilities
1. Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing property owners and management companies to ensure high levels of satisfaction and engagement. Serve as the main point of contact for property partners, providing regular performance updates, price management advice, and market insights.
2. Partner Acquisition: Identify, approach, and acquire new property owners and management companies across Spain to expand our portfolio of luxury villas and vacation rentals. Focus on securing exclusive partnerships that differentiate One of a Kind Travel from competitors.
3. Performance Optimization: Analyze property performance data and advise property partners on pricing, availability, and market trends to improve booking rates and profitability. Conduct regular reviews of property performance, recommending adjustments to rates, booking conditions, and promotions as necessary.
4. Strategic Partnerships: Identify and develop strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in the travel, real estate, and hospitality sectors to drive growth and strengthen One of a Kind Travel's presence in Spain. Collaborate with local and international brands to create value-added services and packages for guests and property owners.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 3+ years of experience in account management, business development, or a related field
- Proven track record of success in managing large portfolios of clients or partners
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze complex data and provide actionable insights
- Strong understanding of the luxury travel and vacation rental market
