Hitachi Vantara Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Service Project Manager to join our team in Madrid. As a Service Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing warranty and SLA from PAC/FAC to the End, ensuring financial results of the project, and managing project risks.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Manage warranty and SLA from PAC/FAC to the End.
- Be responsible for financial results of the project.
- Manage project risks.
- Lead the handover process together with Lead Engineering, ensuring a complete handover package transfer.
- Coordinate cross-functional resources, including Service Engineers, R&D, and Engineering teams.
- Coordinate suppliers for supporting activities, such as finding resolution paths and delivering components.
- Act as the main contact point for customers.
- Manage weekly calls for case status progress.
- Track status updates of cases.
- Be responsible for LL sharing with the organization.
- Collaborate with the service engineering team to finalize and manage spare parts stock and time schedules for planned maintenances.
- Ensure the project complies with company health, safety, and environmental policies.
Your Background
- Preferred 3-5 years of work experience in equipment installation, coordinating activities with customers, suppliers, and assigned teams.
- Knowledge of Office365 (Excel, SAP, Microsoft Project).
- Good knowledge of the English language.
- Flexibility, proactivity, result-oriented, and problem-solving skills.
- Degree or Master's degree in Management Engineering or Engineering.
