About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Admissions and Enrollment to join our team at Learningheroes. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to attract and enroll top talent from around the world.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment and admissions plans to meet enrollment targets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including current and prospective students, faculty, and staff
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in admissions and enrollment management
  • Provide leadership and guidance to admissions staff to ensure excellent customer service and a positive applicant experience
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in admissions and enrollment management, preferably in a higher education setting
  • Proven track record of success in developing and implementing effective recruitment and admissions strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
