Job Title: Senior Sales Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Engineer to join our team at Corel. As a Senior Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support to our sales team, customers, and partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide in-depth technical assistance to potential customers and partners.
  • Perform detailed demonstrations of Parallels products and solutions.
  • Take ownership of Proof of Concepts and ensure they are completed on time and meet customer requirements.
  • Actively participate in the design, implementation, and support of Parallels products and solutions.
  • Provide guidance, recommendations, and expert advice on technical issues.
  • Maintain an advanced understanding of all Parallels and related competitors' products.
  • Develop project concepts and proposals to solve customer needs and requests.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 (5+ for senior) years of relevant experience in Sales Engineering for a product operating in the same domains as Parallels.
  • Hands-on experience in at least 1 (preferably more) of these technologies: Parallels RAS, Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop, VMware Horizon, Microsoft RDS, or Azure Virtual Desktop.
  • Deep knowledge and experience with Microsoft Remote Desktop Services - TS/RDSH/Application/Desktop and VDI Publishing.
  • Working knowledge and understanding of IT infrastructure solutions relating to Systems, Network, and Security.
  • Experience in cloud computing platforms, mainly in Microsoft Azure and Amazon AWS.
  • Ability to perform product demonstrations and presentations to technical and executive audiences.
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to create technical documentation.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and training skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Fluent in written and verbal business-level English is a must.
  • French, Italian, or Spanish is a secondary must.
  • Readiness to travel annually.

This is a 100% remote position with a maximum travel requirement of 20% of the time. We are looking for someone located in the European Union or United Kingdom, covering customers/partners mainly in Europe and the Middle East.
