Business Unit Head, Hematology, Plasma-Derived Therapies, Hereditary Angioedema and Transplant

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Business Unit Head to lead our Hematology, Plasma-Derived Therapies, Hereditary Angioedema and Transplant business unit. As a key member of the Iberia Leadership Team, you will be responsible for setting the vision and strategy for the business unit, ensuring successful execution of brand and key account plans.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability
- Lead a team of sales and marketing professionals to deliver exceptional customer experiences and exceed customer expectations
- Manage the P&L for the business unit, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement digital marketing campaigns and omnichannel strategies
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with key customers, KOLs, and scientific societies
- Identify new opportunities to meet customer needs and support initiatives
- Collaborate with patient networks, design patient programs, and collaborate on patient journey initiatives
- Utilize remote and digital touchpoints to enhance customer and patient engagement
- Leverage customer portals to provide medical information and service offerings
- University degree qualification
- Fluent written and spoken English and Spanish
- At least 10 years of resources leading and management in equivalent roles
- Successful launch experience in Hematology, Transplant or Specialty market and scientific background is preferred but not a pre-requisite
- Proven track record of understanding customers' needs and able to translate their needs into highly impactful tactics and solutions
- Business acumen and ability to manage a P&L
- Strong expectation on competitive marketing strategies
