About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Executive Leader to head our Hematology and Transplant Business Unit. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing and executing strategic plans, and leading a team of professionals to achieve exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership and Strategy
- Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth and profitability.
- Lead and manage a team of professionals to achieve business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business plans.
- Develop and manage budgets and financial plans to achieve business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Make informed decisions to optimize business performance.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute customer engagement strategies.
- Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
- Monitor and analyze operational performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Make informed decisions to optimize business performance.
Requirements
- Education and Experience
- University degree qualification.
- At least 10 years of experience in a senior leadership role in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven track record of driving business growth and profitability.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and execute business strategies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
