We're currently seeking an Italian Business Development Lead to join our team in Madrid and drive business growth in the Italian market.
The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong, long-term partnerships with key stakeholders and managing partner accounts to ensure contract compliance through regular communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain strong, long-term partnerships with key stakeholders
- Manage partner accounts and ensure contract compliance through regular communication
- Contribute to the development of a partner growth strategy
Essential Qualifications:
- 6-10 years of experience overall with at least 4 years of experience in partnerships, account management, and negotiation experience
- Experience in the B2B health sector (or similar)
- Communication & negotiation skills
