Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Country Manager for Spain to lead our regional operations and drive business growth. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in a similar role, with a strong understanding of the Spanish market, consumer behavior, and regulatory landscape.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic business plans for Spain, including market expansion, user acquisition, and revenue growth
  • Lead and manage all aspects of operations, including customer support, marketing campaigns, and partnership development
  • Drive brand awareness and engagement through targeted marketing initiatives, social media channels, and community events
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, financial institutions, and industry partners
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments to identify opportunities and mitigate risks

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
  • Proven track record of success in a similar role, with at least 10 years of experience in marketing and/or business development
  • Prior experience as a crypto country manager or in the cryptocurrency industry is highly desirable
  • Strong understanding of the Spanish market, consumer behavior, and regulatory landscape
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving measurable business outcomes
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and challenges
  • Fluent in both Spanish and English languages, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
