**Job Summary**

The Schneider Electric Norge As team is seeking a highly skilled Customer Project Manager to lead the delivery of modular data center solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for successfully managing projects from design to delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business performance.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Lead global, cross-functional teams to deliver modular data center solutions to country-based and global customers worldwide.
  • Ensure optimum customer satisfaction by applying SE Quality standards in project execution and product development.
  • Optimize business performance by focusing on Gross Margin improvement throughout the project cycle.
  • Communicate and coordinate among key stakeholders, including customers, Schneider Electric entities, and factories.
  • Motivate and direct teams to execute project plans and follow Schneider Electric CPP (Customer Project Processes), based on the PMI methodology.
  • Closely control project budget within the targeted margin objective and/or other project targets defined.

**Essential Skills and Qualifications**

  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in the data center industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct global teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and offer solutions.
  • Ability to work independently with little supervision, showing ownership of projects.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze and mitigate risks.
