About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our Data Center projects globally. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-profile projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver Data Center projects worldwide.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by applying rigorous project management standards.
  • Optimize business performance by focusing on Gross Margin improvement throughout the project cycle.
  • Communicate and coordinate with key stakeholders, including customers, Schneider Electric entities, and factories.
  • Motivate and direct teams to execute project plans and follow Schneider Electric's Customer Project Processes (CPP).
  • Closely control project budgets and ensure they are within targeted margin objectives.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a Technical or Industrial field, with a preference for Electrical Engineering.
  • PMP Certification is desired.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • English full professional competency.
  • Ability to work in a multicultural environment and across different time zones.
Experience
  • 5-7 years of experience as a Project Manager.
  • 2 years of experience working in the Data Center segment is preferred.
Travel
  • Domestic and international travel, with a maximum of 15% of working time.
