**Job Description: Human Rights Grant Specialist**

We are seeking an exceptional Human Rights Grant Specialist to join our team in Los Altos or San Francisco, CA. As a key member of our Human Rights team, you will provide critical support in grant administration, working closely with Program Officers and the Program Director. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Serving as the first point of contact for grantees and grant seekers, providing technical assistance to ensure successful proposal submissions and report completion

• Collaborating with the Grants Management team to ensure adherence to Foundation policies, procedures, and deadlines

• Providing administrative support to the entire team, including calendaring, research, and data entry into our database

**Key Skills and Qualifications:**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with grantees and team members

• Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and adapting to changing priorities

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook

• Familiarity with grant management software and databases
