About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate to join our Client Solutions team at Mygwork. As an Associate, you will play a critical role in supporting our business growth and delivering exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Client Project Support: Collaborate with client-facing teams to understand project requirements and provide timely support to ensure successful project delivery.
  2. Expert Recruitment: Identify and recruit new experts to join our network through targeted lead generation and outreach efforts.
  3. Client Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and provide tailored solutions to meet their expectations.
  4. Project Coordination: Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and timely delivery.
  5. Compliance and Risk Management: Uphold our compliance policies and procedures to protect the integrity of client engagements and mitigate risks.
Requirements
  1. Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients, experts, and internal stakeholders.
  2. Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business principles and practices to provide informed solutions to clients.
