About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate to support our Client Solutions team in Barcelona. As an Associate, you will play a critical role in driving our business forward and delivering exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support team members on various aspects of client projects and Network Member engagement.
  • Recruit new experts to join our insight network through targeted lead generation and timely outreach.
  • Build your understanding of client strategies, various industry sectors, and value chains to identify and vet the best experts for client projects.
  • Schedule and confirm critical calls and meetings between our clients and Network Members.
  • Proactively engage with our Network Members to understand their expertise and gauge their fit for client projects.
  • Collaborate closely with client-facing team members to expand projects and rescope recruiting populations.

  • Develop strong, transferable business skills, including communication, time management, negotiating, problem solving, project management, research, and achieving monthly/quarterly targets.
