">About the Role
">We're seeking a highly skilled Strategic Value Access Specialist to join our team In this role, you'll play a key part in implementing national strategies, contributing to timely listings and contract renewals for Novartis brands. You'll interpret research results to develop solid information about payer needs and offer high-quality listing agreements, impactful pricing strategies, and negotiate in collaboration with Health Policy and/or the Market Access Team. Additionally, you'll manage multi-functional teams in developing and presenting test files to HTA and/or P&R organizations.
">Key Responsibilities:

- Assess and lead pricing strategy and commercial models by brand, considering lifecycle management, stakeholder needs, and access strategy.">
- Collaborate with other key functions to maximize value creation.">
- Develop Public Offering Strategies to ensure company results maximization while creating innovative purchasing solutions.">
- Lead Market Access Projects to create competitive pricing solutions for Regions and Hospitals, collaborating to implement comprehensive added-value services.">
- Be accountable for pricing analysis and commercial offering performance to anticipate and enable early reaction to market changes.">
- Create networking and long-term relationships with hospital technicians to capture and anticipate future trends insights, driving new Pricing Policies team direction.">
- Serve as a subject matter expert for internal stakeholders and external HCPs regarding education on Reimbursement, Pricing, and Purchasing Models.">
- Maintain and share relevant information regarding account contacts, prior authorization requirements, trends, competitive intelligence, etc., with the Market Access Department.">
Requirements:
">To succeed in this role, you'll need:
">- ">
- A degree in pharmacy, life sciences, or business administration from an accredited university.">
- A Master's in Market Access, Health Economics, or Public Health.">
- 3-5 years of significant pharmaceutical experience in a similar position within a Pharma company, Public Hospital, or alternatively on a Healthcare Consulting firm.">
- PUBLIC PURCHASING KNOWLEDGE IS A PLUS">
Salary Range:
">This role offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $140,000 per year, depending on your experience and qualifications.
