About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at the British Council. As a key member of our Talent Acquisition team, you will be responsible for finding and attracting top talent to join our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver quality hires for the British Council by developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies.
  • Recruit vacancies by deploying the end-to-end talent acquisition process, including sourcing, shortlisting, and advising on recruitment timelines and strategies.
  • Develop and maintain talent pools to ensure a consistent supply of high-quality candidates.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to understand business needs and develop targeted recruitment plans.

What You'll Need

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a strong track record of delivering quality hires.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
