Job Description

As an Area Market Manager at Hotelbeds Group, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding our hotel network. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the company's success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue from designated areas, working closely with the team to achieve overall regional performance goals.
  • Support and assist Market Managers in implementing the digital supplier model with hotels in their portfolios, maintaining and growing the share of house of long tail suppliers, and converting long tail suppliers to core suppliers.
  • Optimize marketing campaigns to improve competitiveness, digital acquisition of new suppliers, and digital recovery of existing long tail suppliers.
  • Reduce 'cost to serve' while improving service levels, and understand and optimize contracting tools.
  • Participate in regular team follow-up to help Revenue and Campaigns activity performance, and actively contribute to hotel acquisition and digitalization processes.
Requirements
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with high negotiation skills.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in managing commercial accounts, with a minimum of 1 year in sourcing, operations, or marketing.
  • Desirable experience leading teams, with a strong capacity to prioritize, perform, and drive results.
  • Leadership skills, with a willingness to learn and try new things.
