The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in IT or equivalent experience, with at least 5 years of work experience in a similar role. You will have a practical understanding of industrial mineral industry E2E processes and knowledge of Sibelco's systems and processes, including ERP, HR solution, CRM, production reporting tool, planning tool, financial consolidation, and BI.
As a self-motivated team player with a proactive approach, analytical skills, and ability to work independently, you will be responsible for providing Level 3 support for solutions in run mode, reviewing RFI's and RFP's, and selecting suppliers that best fit the RFP.
