Solution Architect

Sibelco, a global material solutions company, is seeking a skilled Solution Architect to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will design and implement high-level solutions to support business projects and develop business programs.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide analytical expertise to advise business management and IT project teams on complex systems.
- Launch and execute business-oriented programs.
- Provide Level 3 support for solutions in run mode together with Solution Analysts.
- Review RFI's and RFP's to ensure compliance with Sibelco principles and criteria.
- Master's degree in IT or equivalent through experience.
- At least 5 years of work experience in a similar role.
- Practical understanding of industrial mineral industry E2E processes.
- Knowledge of Sibelco's systems and processes, including ERP, HR solution, CRM, and BI tools.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Oral and written fluency in English and Spanish.
