Solution Architect

Sibelco, a global material solutions company, is seeking a skilled Solution Architect to join its team. As a key member of the organization, you will design high-level solutions and provide expert advice to business management and IT project teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide analytical expertise to advise business management and IT project teams on complex systems.
- Launch and execute business-oriented programs.
- Provide Level 3 support for solutions in run mode together with Solution Analysts.
- Review RFI's and RFP's to ensure compliance with Sibelco's evaluation process and principles.
- Master's degree in IT or equivalent through experience.
- At least 3 years of work experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of Sibelco's systems and processes, including ERP, HR solution, CRM, and BI tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English and Spanish is a must.
