Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Research Coordinator to join our European team. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for developing strategic plans with current clients through in-depth research and analysis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and prepare data on large global key clients to inform business development strategies
  • Coordinate action plans for business opportunities through regular calls with internal stakeholders across Europe
  • Ensure timely updates on client activities and information, including large business projects
  • Develop strategic insights to drive business development plans
  • Support the internal Tender & Contract management team in ensuring database alignment and updating client database information

Requirements

  • C1/C2 level of English (full business proficiency)
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a relevant field
  • Primary industry experience in admin, research, customer service, or a related field (6-month internship sufficient)
  • Excellent organization skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to multitask, work professionally, and proactively
