About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Associate Project Manager to join our team at Innovaderm Research. As a key member of our clinical trials team, you will be responsible for managing projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate tasks and deadlines between departments to ensure project deliverables are met
  • Communicate project information to stakeholders, including sponsors and internal team members
  • Track and manage established plans to ensure all milestones are met
  • Contribute to the management of needs and expectations of sponsors and other project stakeholders
  • Assist with providing project status updates and analyzing discrepancies between planned and actual results
  • Participate in the development and implementation of corrective actions as needed
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, including activities related to management of clinical studies
  • Excellent knowledge of GCP and ICH standards, FDA and Canadian regulations
  • Excellent oral and written skills in English, French is an asset
  • Ability to work in a team environment and establish good relationships with colleagues and sponsors
  • Good problem-solving abilities and strong organizational skills
