Job Title: Clinical Trials Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Trials Coordinator to join our team at ISGlobal. As a key member of our research operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth conduct of clinical trials, from protocol development to study close-out.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for clinical trials management
  • Coordinate the review and approval process of SOPs
  • Organize and track internal training on SOPs
  • Maintain an internal registry of clinical trials and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Support researchers in clinical trials registration and annual re-approvals
  • Ensure proper archiving of projects and coordinate internal audits
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in health sciences or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in managing clinical trials
  • Knowledge of regulatory agencies and ethics committee submissions
  • Experience in quality management and low- and middle-income countries
