Job Title: Study Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and methodical individual to join our team as a Study Coordinator. This role will be responsible for the coordination of clinical trials within the field of ophthalmology, ensuring smooth study execution and high-quality care for participating patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordination of clinical research to ensure compliance with federal guidelines and institutional policies.
  • Training and documentation of research personnel to comply with federal guidelines.
  • Recording and documenting training activities of personnel.
  • Collaboration with compliance officers to facilitate and report on clinical audits.
  • Maintenance of confidentiality and protection of patients participating in clinical research.
  • Documentation and reporting of any breach in compliance with federal and agency regulations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Sciences.
  • Fluency in Catalan, Spanish, and English (business level).
  • Experience with SAP management software.
  • Experience with OCT Heidelberg, OCT Cirrus, and Optos Optomap.
