Job Title: Clinical Trials Coordinator and Nurse

The Clinical Trials Management Unit at Vall d'Hebron Research Institute (VHIR) is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill a unique position that combines the roles of Study Coordinator and Study Nurse. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the operational activities of commercial clinical studies within the Immunomediated Diseases and Global Health areas.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage clinical trials from initiation to completion, ensuring compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and current regulations.
  • Collaborate with clinicians, Principal Investigators, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth trial execution.
  • Provide nursing support to trial participants, including medical history, physical examinations, and vital sign monitoring.
  • Develop and maintain trial-related documentation, including informed consent forms, case report forms, and study protocols.
  • Ensure accurate and timely data collection, entry, and reporting.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
  • Master's degree in Health or Science (desired).
  • Fluency in Catalan, Spanish, and English (business level).
  • At least 2 years of experience working in clinical trials, preferably in Immunomediated Diseases and Global Health areas.
  • At least 3 years of experience working in hospital environments.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
  • Experience with SAP management software.
