**Job Summary**

Mabxience is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Supply Chain Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Clinical Trials department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of clinical studies by managing the global drug supply chain.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Collaborate with the Clinical Project Manager to develop and implement financial plans for global clinical supplies, including budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
  • Establish and maintain a centralized system for obtaining and archiving study drug documentation, including CoAs, import/export licenses, and drug reconciliation forms.
  • Manage relationships with vendors, wholesalers, and transport providers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of clinical supplies.
  • Develop and implement operational plans for drug supply chain management, including import/export licenses, labeling, and kitting campaign planning.
  • Monitor and adjust global clinical supply inventory levels at central and local depots, as well as at clinical sites, to ensure compliance with established clinical protocol specifications.
  • Develop and maintain clinical supply chain tools to track and report on global, product, and clinical trial-specific drug supply data.

**Requirements**

  • Proven experience in clinical supply chain management, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software applications.
