**Job Summary**

Mabxience is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Supply Chain Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Medical Department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our clinical studies, from planning to execution.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Financial Planning: Collaborate with the Clinical Project Manager to develop and manage global clinical supplies budgets, forecasts, and strategic plans.
  • Drug Supply Chain Management: Establish and maintain a centralized system for obtaining and archiving study drug documentation, including CoAs, import/export licenses, and drug reconciliation forms.
  • Vendor Management: Lead the selection and management of relationships with innovator and ancillary drugs and/or devices suppliers, as well as transport providers.
  • Procurement and Distribution: Ensure the procurement of in-house investigational medicinal products, innovators, and/or ancillary drugs and/or devices, and coordinate their distribution to clinical sites according to established clinical protocol specifications.
  • Inventory Management: Periodically monitor global clinical supply inventory at central and local depots, as well as at clinical site level, and adjust drug distribution plans accordingly.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Maintain close communication with internal-chain groups to ensure the adequate supply of clinical supplies throughout the duration of a clinical trial.

**Requirements:**

  • Proven experience in clinical supply chain management, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in using supply chain management software a plus.
