**Job Description**
We are seeking an experienced HRIS System Analyst to join our team in Newport, Wales, or Manchester, England. As an HRIS System Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting and maintaining our global HR information system (HRIS). Your primary focus will be on providing technical support, implementing system releases, and ensuring data integrity across multiple functional areas.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide technical support for all HR systems, including researching and resolving issues, unexpected results, or process flaws;
- Review, test, and implement HRIS releases, collaborating with functional and technical staff to coordinate application of upgrades or fixes;
- Participate in future application implementation projects, providing support to requirement gathering and documentation, business process mapping and design, data conversions, system configurations, testing, deployment, cutover coordination, training, and system post-go-live stabilization;
- Evaluate data within the systems to ensure consistency, accuracy, security, and data integrity, engaging with stakeholders to prioritize and act on resolving data integrity issues and opportunities for continuous improvements and global standardization for supported SAP SuccessFactors modules;
- Write, maintain, and support a variety of reports or queries utilizing appropriate reporting tools; develop and administer standard reports for statistical analysis and ongoing customer needs (including metrics); develop and administer system dashboards.
**Requirements:**

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Strong technical skills, including experience with HRIS systems, data analysis, and report writing;
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
