Your application for a position within Alight Inc. is currently under review. We are excited to introduce you to the Payroll & Professional Services division, which will soon be part of HIG Capital. If your application is successful, you will be working with the new Divested Group company. This means that any information you have provided during the application process will be shared with the Divested Group company.

The role involves supporting customer service activities, ensuring timely and accurate output. Your responsibilities may include customer services, and you will be flexible in adapting to either as or when required.

Key Responsibilities
  • To perform Customer Service activities independently, adhering to agreed calendars and KPIs.
  • Support Statutory and Year End Reporting, meeting agreed deadlines and standards.
  • Advise clients on queries/issues, demonstrating expertise in country-specific legislation and tasks.
  • Provide knowledge transfer and support to Apprentices and/or Associates on Data Management or Customer Service activities.
  • Ensure Tickets and Calls are responded to within SLA timescales and to a high standard.
  • Support System Maintenance Testing and liaise with Third Parties.
  • Complete SOC Controls on time, providing necessary evidence.
  • Contribute to root cause analysis, identifying accurate details and feasible preventative measures.
  • Conduct Knowledge Transfer sessions, ensuring understanding and practical application by the audience.
  • Maintain DWIs, updating processes to reflect current service standards.
  • Report system issues/defects correctly, logging tickets with necessary details and evidence.

  • Achieve 100% Attainment of customer SLA agreements.
  • Demonstrate professionalism and act responsibly.
  • Adhere to all Security and Compliance procedures and quality standards.
  • Take ownership, seeking clarity of role, accomplishment of individual & team objectives, and future personal career opportunities.
  • Solve Problems, proactively identifying workplace problems and proposing creative solutions for continuous improvement.

  • Excellent Dutch written and verbal skills and good English skills.
