Job Summary
As a Resource Coordinator, you will be responsible for executing planning activities associated with Project Planning / Scheduling and Capacity / End-to-End Project Portfolio Planning.
Key Responsibilities
Contribute to the development, implementation, and improvement of planning cycles for project and capacity/portfolio planning.
Project Planning and Scheduling
For specific projects, perform project planning and scheduling, including preparation and update of timelines throughout project phases.
Monitoring and Adjustments
Monitor and regularly update project timelines, making adjustments as necessary.
Stakeholder Communication
Participate and lead planning feedback loops with relevant stakeholders, including communication of deviations, conflicts, and related topics.
Tools and Technologies
Contribute to the regular improvements and upgrades of our planning tools, including Primavera, Oracle, SAP, and others.
Requirements
Must have a Bachelor or Master's degree in industrial engineering or technical education with relevant work experience.
Desired Skills
Knowledge and passion for Planning, Operations, and/or Supply Chain Management, as well as Project Management experience and proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office tools.
