Key Responsibilities:- Analyze business requirements and design functional solutions in Salesforce projects
- Provide effort estimations for projects and collaborate with the team to ensure successful project delivery
- Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions
- Analyze and improve application performance, ensuring seamless user experiences
- Collaborate with technology providers and contribute to the validation of solutions against functional requirements
- Generate functional documentation for completed projects and share knowledge within the community of practice
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Salesforce administration, configuration, and consulting roles
- Experience with different Salesforce clouds, such as Sales, Service, and Community
- Experience with Agile methodology and strong analytical skills
- Fluent English language skills, with French as a plus
