About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Knowledge/Training Specialist to join our team at Glovo, a fast-growing startup in Barcelona, Spain. As a key member of our training team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs to enhance the skills of our Customer Service Representatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain our Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure seamless delivery of training content.
  • Design and conduct training programs, workshops, and individual sessions to meet the needs of our teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective deployment of training programs.
  • Manage and update knowledge content in our knowledge management system, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation to support our Customer Service Representatives.
  • Coordinate with freelance translators to ensure local implementation of training modules and activities.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience in Knowledge Management/Training, preferably in a similar role.
  • Spanish (high level) and English (C1 or high level) proficiency.
  • Excellent communication and facilitating skills to deliver training sessions and ensure proficient communication with stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Google tools, Microsoft Office, and e-learning software.
  • Familiarity with learning management systems and interactive learning methodologies.
  • Ability to understand processes, connect process flows, and spot inconsistencies.
  • Experience managing and maintaining knowledge content in a knowledge management system.
  • Knowledge of localization providers, services, and tools.
