Highly skilled Customer Service Representatives are sought after by David Kennedy Recruitment to fill a full-time position at a BPO with excellent employee satisfaction ratings in Slovenia. This German-speaking role offers a remote work opportunity.

About the Role

This is an exciting chance to deliver exceptional customer service as a Customer Service Representative. You will be responsible for promptly addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.

You will research and provide accurate and timely responses to inquiries coming through various support channels, including phone, email, and live chat. You will also navigate internal and external documentation to provide world-class service.

Your duties will include identifying and escalating priority or unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams and routing calls to the right resources when necessary. You will document all customer interaction information according to standard operating procedures.

You will strive for high-standard customer satisfaction and experience, ensuring that all calls are handled professionally based on quality guidelines set by the client. Adherence to established protocols, KPIs, guidelines, and company policies is essential for consistent and standardized delivery of customer service.

Fostering a collaborative work environment is crucial by engaging with team members, supervisors, and other departments to resolve customer issues, share knowledge, and contribute to a positive team atmosphere.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must be a native or fluent German speaker (C1 level) with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication. You should also have proficient skills in using standard PC applications.

You should exhibit strong flexibility, professionalism, resilience, self-sufficiency, and reliability, as well as excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Understanding of credit card-related concepts is also beneficial.
