Job Summary:

Job Responsibilities:

The Field Sales Engineer will be responsible for driving revenue growth through direct and indirect technical sales activities. This includes managing existing distribution and non-direct sales channels within an assigned geographic territory, developing a solid technical understanding of our products and solutions, and identifying new business opportunities to expand our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to MPS revenue growth through direct and indirect technical sales activities.
  • Manage existing distribution and non-direct sales channels in the assigned geographic territory.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our power management solutions and their applications.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand our customer base.
  • Gather customer feedback to inform the development of next-generation power management solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer requirements are met and exceeded.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in power management and analog systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in English, French, and Spanish.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.

Location:

Barcelona or South of France (Toulouse, Perpignan, Montpellier)
