Job Description

The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process and driving talent development initiatives. This dual-focused role requires attracting and hiring top talent while collaborating on talent development programs to support employee growth and retention.

The position partners with department heads to understand workforce needs, align recruitment strategies, and create development opportunities to build a skilled and engaged workforce.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Sourcing: Develop and implement strategies to attract both passive and active candidates. Utilize job boards, social media, recruitment marketing platforms, and professional networks to source candidates.
  • Screening and Interviewing: Review resumes and credentials for suitability of skills, experience, and knowledge in relation to position requirements. Conduct phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Partner with department heads to understand staffing needs and create effective hiring strategies. Provide guidance to hiring managers on interview techniques, talent needs, and best practices.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication and guidance throughout the recruitment process. Manage the offer process, including salary negotiations, reference checks, and offer letter preparation.
  • Talent Development: Collaborate with HR leadership to identify high-potential employees and design development programs tailored to their growth. Assist in creating and executing employee development programs, such as mentoring, leadership development, and skills training.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Knowledge of job boards, social media, and recruitment marketing platforms

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary range of €55,000 - €75,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as health insurance, pension plan, and paid time off.
