We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our Integration & Validation department at IAV GmbH. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing projects from acquisition to completion, ensuring successful project execution, and defining and optimizing processes and quality.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and lead projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
- Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation and risk management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met and quality standards are maintained.
- Coordinate and control project teams, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.
- Prepare and present project status reports and action plans to internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with internal and external specifications, including functionality and completeness of composite releases.
- Completed studies in automotive engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics, mechanical engineering, or a related field.
- Several years of experience in project management or project coordination, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of vehicle development processes and/or vehicle networking and ECU development.
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum.
- Fluency in English and German, with excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
