Senior Enablement Specialist, Product Knowledge Expert

As a member of our People team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our sales teams have the necessary knowledge, materials, and competencies to excel in their roles.
We focus on two key areas: Sales Competency Enablement and Product Enablement. Our Sales Competency Enablement team ensures that our sales teams grasp the essential value-based selling techniques required for promoting our commerce media platform. Our Product Enablement team guarantees a comprehensive understanding of our products, their market positioning, and their strategic delivery approach.
In this role, you will develop Criteo sellers' product knowledge, with a focus on specific products, in collaboration with your team members and different stakeholders across the company. You will work closely with the Product Marketing team to identify, propose, design, and deliver innovative and experiential enablement programs and assessments that enable Criteo sellers to grow their product and market knowledge.
You will be the referent Enablement Specialist for your specific products, possessing detailed knowledge of the products. You will attend relevant meetings with your stakeholders to be informed about product development and strategy. You will own the design and preparation of the learning content for this product, utilizing a variety of formats and suggesting the most appropriate learning methodologies.
You will create learning materials by coordinating with subject matter experts to deliver best-in-class content. You will be an expert on our internal LMS platform and enablement tools, leveraging all features and capabilities to provide the best learning experience. You will engage with internal facilitators to ensure smooth delivery of training as needed and ensure assessments are in place for each training format.
You will follow up on enablement KPIs by ensuring the required reporting is available to share with relevant stakeholders, including management, and by recommending follow-up action plans to improve teams' engagement, performance, and business outcomes.
As the Enablement Specialist, you will spread enablement best practices with your stakeholders and receive feedback as required. You will be a force for bringing proposals forward to enhance the enablement experience, keeping in mind providing sales teams with the best experience that will help them develop their product knowledge and achieve their objectives.
You will have the opportunity to lead global initiatives to improve the enablement experience and impact.
